Treat for train fans

by isleofman.com 24th July 2006
Train fans are in for a treat today (Sunday).

As part of the weekend of events celebrating the Groudle Glen railway’s 110th birthday, there’ll be a gala day from eleven o’clock to four thirty.

One of the Groudle volunteers, Tony Beard, says that means there’ll be the opportunity to take a ride on either the Sea Lion, steam locomotive Polar Bear or some of her engine friends.
