Large numbers of whales and dolphins have been spotted in Manx waters, and it may be down to the current spell of warm weather.
There have been many more sightings of the Minke whale, attracted in part by the abundance of plankton and sand eels.
But the launch of a data-base in the Isle of Man for people to record sightings has sparked wider interest and it's unclear yet whether there are more of the mammals in the sea or simply that more are being seen.
