Sutton to practice with Irwin and Charles

by isleofman.com 26th July 2006
Julian Sutton will practice today for the British Seniors Open Championship at Turnberry with two of the biggest names in World golf.

The eight time Manx Champion will partner Hale Irwin and Bob Charles around the famous Ailsa Links.

Irwin has won the Masters at Augusta three times, while New Zealander Charles became the first left-hander to win a major when he claimed the Open at Troon in 1963.

Julian is in less illustrious company for his opening round tomorrow - he tees off at 12.10pm with Americans T.R. Jones and Dick McClean.
