Children's Centre launches appeal to raise ?500,000

by isleofman.com 26th July 2006

The Isle of Man Children’s Centre is launching an appeal to raise half a million pounds to improve its services.

The charity, which was set up in 1868, provides care and support to young people and their families.

But now it wants to partially rebuild the complex, and is hoping to raise the cash through the Building Blocks appeal.

Co-ordinator Simone Rogers says the money will be put to very good use.
