Police are looking to track down several people who may have seen an man "acting inappropriately" on Laxey Beach last Friday.
It happened between 3.30 and 5.00 in the afternoon, and the beach was fairly busy at the time.
One woman who told other members of the public about the incident, didn't call the police and officers want to speak to her.
