Skin cancer worries for building trade

Concerns have been raised about the risk posed to Isle of Man manual workers by skin cancer.

It's been labelled the 'new asbestos' of the building industry for the litigation it could potentially bring.

And with increasingly hot weather predicted for years to come, it could lead to future headaches for employers.

Louise Furniss from the Isle of Man Employers' Federation says there are number of steps firms can take to look after their workers:
