Almost ?5500 has been raised by the Manx Blind Welfare Society - in the biggest total ever for the charity from a single flag day.
This year more than 20 collectors were spread around Douglas - both in the town centre and in local communities during the flag day earlier this month.
The total is over ?1,000 more than the Society has ever raised before, and includes ?1,300 alone from a pub collection at night.
The funds will go towards improving services for blind and partially sighted people throughout the Island.
