by isleofman.com 9th August 2006
A scheme, which will see young people build and experience a traditional Viking village is looking for financial backing.

The Viking Longhouse Committee is made up of representatives from the public and private sector, and is launching the project in September following two years of planning.

It plans to build the village at the Ardwhallan Outdoor Education Centre in West Baldwin.
