Pitts case adjourned

A Peel man charged with grievous bodily harm and common assault has had his case adjourned until early September.

18 year old Frank Pitts' charges relate to two separate incidents in Peel, both of which Defence advocate Paul O'Neill said were alcohol related

Mr O'Neill's request for adjournment, so Social Inquiry and Drug and Alcohol reports could be compiled, was granted by High Bailiff Michael Moyle.

Pitts will be remain in custody until the hearing on September 5th.
