Change is needed says Agriculture Minister.

A radical change in what the agricultural industry produces is needed to secure its future.

That is part of the message that the Minister, Phillip Gawne will be giving at the Royal Show at Sulby today and tomorrow as he presents the initial findings of a major review.

It comes ahead of the removal of the meat derogation in 2010.

Mr Gawne says its very much a work in proces.

But he says what does need to be looked at is way what farmers produce comes from tradition rather than current demand:
