The Financial Supervision Commission is warning that a hardware upgrade from the end of the month could add up to delays.
The upgrades are to a number of key computer systems supporting the Companies Registry during the week starting on Monday the 28th August 2006.
They say that while every effort will be made to minimise the impact of this work on Registry users, they anticipate that there will be a delay in the processing of documents which may affect normal published processing time of 5 days.
They say the public counter will be open throughout the week and that should mean the public will be able to conduct searches on the premises and through the Internet as usual.
