Hands to defend title

80 competitors are taking part in the British 100 mile Race Walking Championship at the National Sports Centre this weekend.

Parish Walk winner and record holder Sean Hands is the defending Champion.

32 visitors are taking part in the Centurion event which starts at two o'clock.

The aim is complete 100 miles inside 24 hours.
