Tynwald will be asked for ?4.5 million for the renovation of the Villa Marina Colonnade and Arcade.
The work will include the installation of the Wurlitzer, and doorways, and the replacement of the last section of the colonnade and the barrelled roof.
The organ will be seated within a 100 seat multi-functional performance space.
