A workshop is being held to consider the independent review of services at Noble's hospital.
The Healthcare Commission was appointed to carry out the inspection.
It reviews the standards of more than 500 NHS trusts and nearly fifteen hundred independent organisations in the United Kingdom.
Overall the commission found there was a commitment at all levels to providing an excellent healthcare service for the Island, but it did highlight a number of areas which need to be improved.
The 72 recommendations will be considered by not only Noble's and health service staff but also representatives from other parts of the DHSS and Government as well as external groups.
Health Minister, Steve Rodan, says the report is welcomed wholeheartedly, despite the criticisms it highlights.
The workshop is being held on September 7th.
