Employer's Federation traces roots

The Employer's Federation is looking for help in chronicling their history.

The Organisation has been in existence since at least 1918, and believes the main reason for it coming into existence was the need to secure apprentice places for soldiers returning from the First War, to have pay reflecting age, and enable the disabled to have gainful employment.

Louise Furniss from the Federation says they've been working closely with the Manx Museum (pictured) which holds a lot of their historical records, but there are several gaps which need filling:
