Douglas Development 'unique'

The development of Douglas should be "unique and special"

So says the Manager of the Douglas Development Partnership, Chris Pyecroft.

Speaking as the organisation publishes its annual reports and accounts for the last financial year, Mr Pyecroft said the role of the DDP is to co-ordinate activities and introduce new ways of developing designs, such as the new railings and lighting around the harbour area:
