MHK's optimism for Ramsey

by isleofman.com 23rd August 2006
It’s time to look ahead to Ramsey’s future with optimism.

That’s the message from town MHK and Treasury Minister Allan Bell (Pictured) after the announcement plans for a marina may be resurrected.

Five years ago, Mr Bell made a U-turn over his initial support for the scheme when he became aware revised plans would not be commercially viable for the town.

However, he believes the outlook is now far more positive, both for the scheme, and the business investment he predicts will come to Ramsey over the next five years.
