Laxey remembers 'glorious past'

More than a century on, Laxey Football Club has been reunited with a reminder of its glorious past.

Eighteen medals have been donated to the club via the Boreland family, former players who won the honours from 1902 up to the 1930s.

In the year Laxey became only the fourth club in the history of the Manx game to clinch the Grand Slam, club chairman Harry Wade, believes the medals have finally come home:
