Police are urging motorists to check their fuel filler caps to avoid unnecessary spillages on the TT Mountain Course.
The last two Manx Grand Prix practice sessions have been delayed due to diesel spills.
Police say spillages are a potential danger to both riders and other road users alike.
They say they will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.
