Need for balance in healthcare funding, says MHK

Rushen MHK Phil Gawne says another term in office will help him redress the balance in healthcare funding.

He says an unfair amount of cash has been directed to the north of the Island and he hopes standing for re-election in November will let him address the problem.

Although in recent years he says the south has seen major steps forward, there’s still work to be done.

Announcing he’d be standing in this year’s general election, he said he’d like to build on past successes (audio file attached):
