Christian Ubuntu debut

by isleofman.com 4th September 2006
A free computer operating system created by an Isle of Man company could be the number one present for hi-tech Christians this year.

Ubuntu Linux is produced by Canonical Software based in Douglas, and aims to compete with Microsoft Windows.

But Christians on the internet have tweaked it and come up with a version specifically designed their faith.

It includes Bible studies programmes and an internet filter, and can be downloaded for free from Christian Ubuntu dot com.
