Loganair has announced it will continue its services to Edinburgh over the winter schedule.
The service began in May and the company says it has proved so successful that it will continue into the airline’s winter schedule and into summer 2007.
The non-stop service runs six days a week with fares starting at ?79 return including taxes.
During winter the firm’s Glasgow service will resume its one flight a day service with additional services added for Christmas and New Year.
Jim Cameron, Loganair’s chief executive, says the additional flights will provide flexibility and choice for Scottish passengers and Island residents alike.
