A outspoken critic of offshore jurisdictions has told a major conference that European countries, and those which "tolerate tax havens" deserve to be top of the index of the world's most corrupt nations.
The Tax Justice Network describes itself as "a non-aligned coalition of researchers and activists with a shared concern about the harmful impacts of tax avoidance, tax competition and tax havens".
