The sole remaining 100 per cent record in Manx football’s top flight has ended after Ayre United were defeated 2-1 at Peel on Saturday.
A double from the talented Marc Kelly ensured the westerners are the only side in Division One still unbeaten after four matches.
The in-form Mark Hignett replied for the previous early leaders.
Reigning champions Laxey got back to winning ways after their first defeat for over a year in midweek.
However, they were pushed all the way by Ramsey at Glen Road before emerging 1-0 winners with a fifth minute goal from Nigel Beattie.
Elsewhere, St George's recorded an emphatic 5-0 win over St John's at Glencrutchery Road, courtesy of goals from Chris Bass junior, Callum Morrissey, Julian Ringham, Martin Torr and promising youngster Connor Doyle.
In the division's remaining game, Douglas Royal thrashed Marown, who look like facing another long hard winter.
Royal were 7-1 winners at Crosby with Luke Wosser, Gavin Gawne, John Baker, Craig Taylor and Chris Kirkham among the goals.
Kevin Duggan scored the Marown consolation.
