Heritage Homes, part of the Dandara Group, have given Manx residents a look at what's proposed for the Promenade Crescent Leisure Centre site.
At present demolition is underway ( see centre photograph) but in its place is planned a substantial apartment development over six floors.
Also shown in the leaflet (distributed Island-wide) is the proposed Castle Court development on Farrants Way in Castletown.
