The offshore professional solutions provider to the finance industry, the Active Group, head quartered in Guernsey but with offices in Jersey is to expand its operation to the Isle of Man.

Active Services (IOM) Limited, based in Woodbourne Road, Douglas, has now been formed.

The group’s founder and Chief Executive Officer, Wayne Bulpitt describes the Isle of Man as a well-regulated international offshore jurisdiction with a forward-looking finance sector and says the group was keen to establish a presence.
‘We’re a young, dynamic company with a proven track record in the Channel Islands and a proactive, pragmatic approach to business - a combination gaining us significant recognition throughout the offshore finance industry – and we’re looking forward to applying that same successful strategy to our Isle of Man operation.’
