Cummins sixth at Sunflower

Ramsey rider Conor Cummins finished his 2006 season with two sixth place finishes at the Sunflower meeting at Bishopscourt.

Riding in the Supersport races for Team Millsport Yamaha Racing, the rising star finished ahead of more established riders such as Ryan Farquhar and Ian Lougher.

Cummins has enjoyed an outstanding season with highlights including the top newcommer award at the T.T. and a win at the Ulster Grand Prix.

Jonatan Rea won the Sunflower Trophy race ahead of Michael Laverty and Tom Sykes.
