The Manx will have a seat at international talks later this month ( October), to find acceptable cross-border regulations on e-gambling.
Ministers from the UK and Europe will be sitting alongside Home Affairs Minister John Shimmin.
The next Tynwald has also been promised the chance to debate the whole issue of internet gambling.
John Shimmin says the "Manx experience" will be drawn upon at the planned talks.
