An Onchan bookmakers has completed formal negotiations on acquiring two shops owned by the firm, Island Bet Direct.
Island Bet Direct owner David Grogan has sold the two outlets, in Peel and in Port Erin to Better Bet ltd who operate in Onchan, on Village Walk.
The transaction will be formally completed next month.
