18 year old David Thomas and Scotland's Alisa Robertson have been beaten in the World Indoor Bowling Championship Under-25's Mixed Pairs.
They lost 3-8, 7-8 to Craig Dorey and Nor Iryani Azmi at the Guernsey Indoor Bowling Centre.
David, who is a two-time Junior Manx Crown Green Champion still has the Singles competition to contest.
