Glasgow's bid for the 2014 Commonwealth Games has impressed members of the Isle of Man CGA.
Secretary, Graham Jones, and Chairman Robin Oake recently visited the city along with their counterparts from other competing nations.
Abuja in Nigeria and Halifax in Canada are also bidding for the games in 2014.
A decision will be made next November in Sri Lanka.
