Habib European European bank has opened its Douglas offices officially, with their President saying " The Isle of Man is the place to be".
Mr Habib told an audience at the lunch in 14 Athol Street, " People with money should come here because that's where they get the best deal"
The opening was performed by Chief Minister Donald Gelling who used the occasion to pay tribute to the bank and to announce he was on his way to the Middle East to promote the Island.
