Manx Telecom has been awarded the "Investors in Excellence" accreditation.
Around 120 UK organisations have also achieved the Standard and Manx Telecom has become the first company outside the UK to join them.
Representatives from Manx Telecom were presented with the award at a dinner in London earlier this week. The event, held at the London Hilton, was attended by HRH The Princess Royal who is Patron of the British Quality Foundation.
Manx Telecom managing director Chris Hall said: “We are delighted to have become the first company on the Isle of Man to achieve the coveted Investors in Excellence accreditation, an award more usually associated with major UK blue chip companies".
