Adopted Manxman Jason Griffiths is to leave his job at Yamaha Motor UK.
The Ramsey resident finishes next month and is moving to tyre manufacturer Pirelli to be their Road Racing Manager in the new year.
According to T.T. Development Manager Paul Phillips, Jason will continue to race.
He is regarded by many pundits as the best rider to have never won a T.T..
"Mr Consistency" has 13 T.T. podiums to his name, but has yet to climb to the top step.
