Rutter storms to provisional pole in Macau

Stobart Honda rider Michael Rutter ended the first qualifying session for the Macau Grand Prix over two seconds ahead of nearest rival Ian Hutchinson.

AIM Racing Yamaha's Steve Plater was third quickest.

Manxman Paul Hunt is 17th on the MSS Discovery Kawasaki following mechanical problems in free practice.
