Dixon steps aside from FA coaching role

by isleofman.com 21st November 2006
Following talks with the Isle of Man Football Association, St. Mary's player Lee Dixon has decided to step aside from his role as Senior Coach at the Football Development Centre, until the Association's and Police inquiries into alledged disturbances at the end of Saturday's Division One match between Rushen United and St. Mary's are complete.

He believes the decision is in the best interests of Manx Football:-

Rushen United's Committee met last night to discuss the weekend incidents at their Croit Lowey ground. The Club has so far declined to make any statement or comment.
