The third mobile phone company preparing to set its sights on the Island has put out what it terms a " pre launch issue of its brochure.Cloud9 say they are on course to launch in the Island in January next year with their GSM voice and data mobile network.Amongst the offers they are publicising are customers receiving free weekday calls in the UK and throughout mainland Europe and free unlimited calls to two (as they describe them) "magic numbers". Apart from Manx Telecom the incumbent mobile phone service, Cable and Wireless are also due to launch services later this year. In the summer, C and W launched services in Jersey.
