Snowboarder Zoe Gillings has won a bronze medal at the first boardcross competition of the season at Kaprun in Austria.
The Europa Cup event was won by fellow world cup rider, Sandra Frei of Switzerland.
Meanwhile, Zoe has been invited to take part in the Winter X Games in Aspen.
The Manx boarder will compete alongside 18 of the sport's leading females, between the 25th and 28th of January 2007.
