Athletics mourns coach

The Isle of Man athletics team is mourning the death of its throwing coach. Merrik Bousefield took ill at his club's training night last night (Thursday) and later died in hospital. Mr Bousefield was in the Island a fortnight ago, training the team ahead of next year’s Island Games in Rhodes. The IoM Athletics Association offers its condolences to Mr Bousefield’s family and friends.
