The following are the team and cyclist start times for the Mann & Partners Millennium Way Relay to be held on Tuesday 26th December. The event starts from the foot of Sky Hill on the outskirts of Ramsey. We have allowed special dispensation for the first team to start early at 8.30am as they are expected to be considerably slower than the other teams - their handicap time will be adjusted afterwards. The second team will start at 9.30am, with the other teams' starting times being in accordance with their handicaps. The full list is:
