Government urged forward on bus station site

A leading figure in the business sector is urging the new Government to get moving on the bus station site.

Stuart McCudden of the Chamber of Commerce, speaking in Manx Radios business review of the year, says its vital that some movement is seen there.

The former Council of Ministers was presented with development proposals by the preferred developer. The name of a possible hotel operator has still to be announced.

Mr McCudden says moves on the North Quay are desperately needed to promote the Island's tourism:
