Corrin wins walk league rd 4

Dave Corrin won Sunday's round four of the Friends Provident Winter Walking League at Ronaldsway.

His handicap time of 84.46 over 10km was the fastest on the day. Gordon Erskine came in second and John Cannell was third.

Kath Colquitt was fourth overall and the first lady home, and Alison Brand was fifth.

Juan Moore won the 1km contest with a handicap time of 7.53. Alice Bell was second on adjusted time and Catriona Moore was third.

The 5km race was won by Miriam Kelly on handicap, from Andy Boardman, Enid Watson and Brenda Charlton.

Richard Bell won the 3km race on adjusted time. Emma Latham was second and Kirsty Taylor was third.

Sinead Kaneen topped the 2km class, and Alexandra Ross was second.
