Eight offers for Castle Mona

by isleofman.com 26th January 2007
There have been eight offers made to buy the Castle Mona Hotel complex in Douglas.

The hotel, up for sale at around ?4 million, closed just before Christmas last year.

A deal for the entire site, which includes the Office, Breeze and the Superbowl could be completed within days.

Administrators from Deloitte in Manchester were called in to sell the complex.

The Department of Tourism and Leisure has said it's confident a deal can be struck in time for this year's centenary TT.
