Bailed on assault charges
Sentence on a 42 year old man has been adjourned by the High Bailiff for reports.

David Charles Rawling, of Ormly Avenue, Ramsey, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm.

Inspector Helen Mason said there was an instance at 4.30pm on September 3rd in Reece Moar Lane, Ramsey, adjacent to Ormly, involving the defendant and a neighbour, one Robert Greaves.

There was a heated argument between the two men over the parking of a car, which resulted in Rawling head butting Mr Stevens, who sustained a cut to his nose.

Rawling was located and arrested.

His advocate said there was lot of background to the matter.

Mr Moyle bailed Rawling until February 27th.
