Ian Lougher was presented with his Road Race Rankings award at last night's Centenary T.T. Press Launch at the Villa Marina.
The veteran Welshman, who has 7 wins to his name, will ride for the Stobart Honda team.
The team, which had a three year lay off before returning in 2006, will be managed by Paul Bird who was once critical of the T.T..
