The Isle of Man Archery Club has announced the squad to compete in the Island Games in Rhodes 2007.
The Team shows a good mix of archers and includes both youth and experience. The Recurve Team has the Island’s two top Junior archers - Charlotte George and Alex Snell, who both regularly shoot with the Seniors.
Also included in the Recurve Team are Tony Hartley and Colin Moore who will compete in their first Island Games, accompanied by “old hands” Colin Keown and Louise Glover. Louise won an individual silver medal at the last games in Shetland.
The Compound Team welcomes Sarah Rigby to it's ranks, along with Adrian Bruce who competed in the Gotland Games, but has now changed disciplines. The rest of the team is Alan George, Peter Mumford, John Wolstencroft and Joy Gough. They all competed in Shetland, Joy winning an individual bronze medal.
