Three wins for Halligan

John Halligan won round five of the Manx Gas Cross Challenge series on Sunday at Pulrose Golf Course.

The Isle of Man Cross-Country Champion covered 8550 metres in 31.03 minutes to claim his third win of the series.

Gianni Epifani was second, Edward Gumbley third, Paul Clarke fourth and Andy Fox fifth

Gail Griffiths won the women's race in 19.02m from Sarah Nelson, Marit Zahkna, Christine O'Hanlon and Samantha Cowen.

Robbie Lambie was victorious over a short course.

Junior ladies - Ciara Kaneen
Under 17 boys - Ryan Fairclough
Under 17 girls - Harriet Pryke
Under 15 boys - Jordan Cain
Under 15 girls - Gemma Astin
Under 13 boys - Jack Garrett
Under 13 girls - Sarah Astin
Under 11 boys - Shaun Moore
Under 11 girls - Alexandra Ross
Under 9 boys - Will Morris
Under 9 girls - Katie Astin
