There's to be a second Fox’s Lair competition, this time in Liverpool.
It follows the success of the first one, staged by Fox Capital and held at the International Business school last autumn. The competition is based loosely on the TV series Dragon's Den. Companies from around the UK are being invited to compete for millions in funding from the UK’s leading sources of corporate investment. The competition, loosely based on the BBC’s Dragon’s Den, will see more than a dozen finalists vying to find funding for their businesses. The first Fox’s Lair was a massive success with 11 of the 14 finalist being offered deals. "Liverpool’s vibrant economy and reputation for innovation makes it an excellent choice for the sequel,” says Fox Capital Director Justin Martin. “Our focus remains expansion stage companies that are looking for up to ?25 million in funding to take their businesses to the next level.”
