Douglas make it 14 in a row

by isleofman.com 17th February 2007
Fourteen was a lucky number for Douglas when they notched up their fourteenth consecutive win in EuroManx South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Three, defeating Holmes Chapel 29-12 at Port-e-Chee.

Kev Spicer and James Stamp both crossed for tries early in to set Douglas on their way.

Ted Games added one either side of half time to make sure of the result and James Stamp picked up his second to ice the cake towards the end.

Lee Illott chipped in with a couple of conversions for good measure to keep the pressure on at the top of the table.
