Sunday racing at Billown?

The main race day at the Billown Pre-T.T. Classic meeting looks likely to be switched to Sunday 27th May, to avoid a clash with the Centenary T.T. re-enactment at St. John's the next day.

A Bill, to allow road racing to be organised on a Sunday for this year only, passed through the House of Keys in record time yesterday....but still has to progress through the Legislative Council, and gain Royal Assent, before becoming law.

At present, racing can only take place on a Sunday in an emergency,
